Material Characteristics
- Abrasion Resistance
– HDPE anti-slip paving sheet has high abrasion resistance. Its unique molecular structure makes it resistant to sliding friction, and its abrasion resistance is higher than that of general metal and plastic products, for example, it is 6.6 times of carbon steel, 5.5 times of stainless steel, 27.3 times of brass, 17.9 times of phenolic resin, and 5 times of nylon.
- Impact Resistance
– Among the existing engineering plastics, the impact toughness value of HDPE products is very high. In accordance with the GB1843 standard cantilever beam impact test can achieve no damage, many materials in the impact of severe or repeated explosions will be cracked, broken, broken or surface capacity fatigue, but it will not.
- Chemical Resistance
– This sheet has good chemical resistance and can adapt to a variety of chemical environments.
- Low Coefficient of Friction
– Due to the wax-like qualities inside, its coefficient of friction (196N, 2 hours) is only 0.219MN/m (GB3960), its own lubrication is very good, and its own sliding performance is better than that of oil-lubricated steel and brass. In the harsh environment, dust and mud in the place, its own dry lubrication performance is fully shown, not only can move freely, but also to protect the relevant work from wear and tear, strain.
- Surface Non-Adhesion
– Because of the small coefficient of friction and non-polarity, it has excellent surface non-adhesion. Existing materials generally scale in media with a pH value of 9 or more, but it does not scale.

– There are also energy-absorbing, noise-absorbing, anti-static, neutron shielding ability, non-absorbent (6%), light weight, good weather resistance, easy machining, colorable and other outstanding properties.
